Empowering Care: Fatigue and Burnout
WCP have teamed up with Wiltshire Council’s Learning in Wiltshire team to offer a 1-hour FREE ONLINE EVENT – an opportunity to network with other adult social care professionals.
This course helps social care practitioners, managers and leaders recognise and respond to fatigue and burnout in care settings. It explores early signs, common causes, and the impact on staff wellbeing and quality of care. Through discussion and practical tools, participants will gain confidence to support teams, reduce burnout, and promote sustainable, person-centred practice.
