Neil Eastwood, keynote speaker – Neil Eastwood is a UK social care expert, author of Saving Social Care, and founder/CEO of Care Friends, an award‑winning recruitment app for care workers. He has spent years researching and improving care worker recruitment and retention, previously serving as a director at a major homecare provider and becoming an international speaker on the topic. Neil knows that people are at the heart of care and always will be, which is why we need to use every tool we have to attract and keep valued staff and change perceptions of working in care.
Professor Martin Green, keynote speaker– Professor Martin Green is the Chief Executive of Care England, the UK’s largest representative body for independent social care providers, and a leading voice in the sector. He has led major initiatives such as Dementia Care and Support Compact, received an OBE for services to social care, and is widely recognised as an influential advocate for care reform and workforce support. Martin is a hugely respected and influential leader in social care and brings a depth of knowledge and understanding that can help us break the barriers that are holding social care back.
