Through our partnership with The Institute of Health and Social Care Management we are excited to be able to offer 30 Aspiring Leaders the opportunity to learn the fundamental skills of being an excellent manager. The programme is engaging and enlightening, designed to equip aspiring leaders with practical techniques and proven strategies they can apply immediately in their role.
Perfect for deputy managers of all sectors of care and those aiming to become registered managers, this course provides invaluable insights that support career progression and builds confidence in leadership.
A highlight of the programme is the interactive in-person training day, offering the chance to learn from an expert trainer with extensive knowledge and experience, and to network with fellow professionals in the sector.

This programme will include 3 online sessions and 1 in person day, running from March until May 2026.
25.03.26 1.30- 2.30pm – Session 1, online introduction for Aspiring Leaders and their Managers.
01.04.2026 1.30 – 2.30pm – Session 2, online session looking at leadership styles – “Me, myself and I”.
15.04.2026 9.30am – 4pm – Session 3, in-person session – Chippenham TBC focusing on high performing teams, leadership excellence and change management.
13.05.2026 1.30 – 2.30pm – Session 4, online follow up, evaluation and next steps.
