We’re delighted to announce that WCP and CQC have partnered to bring you an exclusive series of free workshop events designed to shine a light on what ‘Good’ looks like from the perspective of inspectors, and to help you to understand more about how to present your service positively during your CQC assessment.

This programme has been designed by CQC’s Wiltshire Operations Manager, Tracy Hipkin-Wale, and is being offered exclusively to Wiltshire providers and registered managers, so book your place early to avoid disappointment.

The day will be led by Tracy and her team, with input from WCP and Skills for Care to emphasize how digital systems and senior manager training can have a direct positive impact on ratings.

“We are really looking forward to collaborating with WCP for this session. Together with colleagues from my team, we will be sharing some of the trends and themes we’re seeing across home care providers and talking about how these can help you prepare for future inspections.

The session will be interactive and a chance for us to hear your thoughts too. We’ll explore together how safe and well-led are so closely linked, and how understanding the connection between them can make a real difference in practice. Our aim is to leave you with useful insights and practical takeaways that support the delivery of high-quality care.”

Please only book one date for an attendee and one for a reserve, these can be different. All though we have specified dates for managers with or without a level 5 qualification, if you can only attend the session that doesn’t apply to you, please go ahead and book, you will still find it useful. We will take one booking and one reserve per organisation.
