WCP invite you to a webinar with Dorothy House Hospice Care

Dorothy House Hospice Care are keen to share details of the specialist palliative and end of life care services available to you and the people you support. These services are open to patients in all home settings. They run a number of educational courses for care staff and are developing a volunteer led companion service for individuals at the end of their lives.
