Jurisdiction and applicable law

Wiltshire Care Partnership reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms on a regular basis for changes. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted will mean you accept the Terms as modified by the posted changes.
Terms of use of the Wiltshire Care Partnership Members’ Logo
- The logo must be used only in the format supplied, to indicate that the provider is a member of the Wiltshire Care Partnership and adheres to its Code of Conduct.
- If any matter comes to the attention of the Wiltshire Care Partnership Board to suggest any breach of the WCP Code of Conduct, the member will be invited to meet with the Chair or Vice Chair and Chief Executive Officer to discuss the nature of that matter and whether it is of sufficient seriousness to necessitate a report to the Board.
- Wherever possible, the provider will be offered support by staff or the Board of Wiltshire Care Partnership, or access to external advice, to address the matter without immediate recourse to the Board, and the matter will then be kept under regular review by the Chair or Vice Chair and Chief Executive Officer. The use of the logo may be suspended during this period.
- Where the matter is deemed to be of sufficient seriousness to require report to the Board and the possible removal of membership under the terms of the Wiltshire Care Partnership Constitution, the member may attend that portion of the Board meeting where the matter is to be raised and present his / her case.
- The Board may offer the member support by staff or the Board of Wiltshire Care Partnership, or access to external advice, to address the matter, which will then be kept under regular review by the Board. Membership and / or the use of the logo may be suspended during this period.
- Where the Board’s decision is to remove membership, appeals can be made in accordance with the Constitution of the Wiltshire Care Partnership.
